Installation condition 330CA
For the most accurate performance, a professional walk through metal detector installation must meet the following environmental requirements:
- Floor requirements: The installation surface must be flat with solid supports to prevent vibrations, which could otherwise trigger unnecessary alarms.
- Metal clearance: Fixed large metal objects should be at least 10cm (4 inch) away from the unit. Large moving metal objects (such as elevators or sliding doors) should maintain a distance of 0.5m to 2m (20-79 inch).
- Interference mitigation: The system should be placed 0.5m to 4m (20-157 inch) away from electronic interference sources, including monitors, motors, or power lines.
- Side-by-side configuration: If operating multiple units close together, each device must be set to a different working frequency to prevent mutual interference.
