Lunar new year holiday schedule
To assist you in your operational planning and to ensure that your security projects remain on track, please review our official holiday timeline below. We recommend reviewing your inventory and ongoing service requirements ahead of these dates.
- Order deadline for pre-holiday delivery: February 06, 2026;
- Last official working day: February 13, 2026;
- Holiday observation period: February 14 to February 22, 2026;
- Official business resumption: February 23, 2026.
Important operational notes:
- Order processing: To guarantee that shipments are dispatched and processed before the holiday shutdown, please ensure all purchase orders are submitted no later than Friday, February 6, 2026. Orders received after this date will be processed in the order they were received starting February 23.
- Technical support: During the holiday period (Feb 14 to Feb 22), our standard technical support and maintenance services will be operating at a limited capacity. We kindly ask for your patience as response times may be longer than usual.
